NOT SWEET wine. Also known in Itata as "Uva Italia" (Italian grape). Wine fermented in french barrels, citrus herbal aromas and creamier on the palate.
"Golden yellow color. Herbal aromas with citrus notes such as tangerine peel, grapefruit and some pennyroyal. In the palate with a creamy sensation given by its fermentation and barrel aging."
Versatile pairing wine. Spicy dishes such as risotto or paella. Seafood prepared such as locos (Chilean abalone) and crabs. Serve depending on the pairing (food temperature) between 8ºC to 12ºC.
